This week, I traveled to St. Jacobs Ontario to set-up for the Home Hardware Spring Market and visited stores in New Brunswick & Quebec along the way. I fixed-up our assortment at Kent Building Supplies in Fredericton, New Brunswick & visited stores like Ace, Benjamin Moore, Castle, La Coop and Home Hardware. Home Hardware is Canada’s largest independent hardware retailer with over 1,000 stores. The retailers walk the aisles at the markets to see what’s new from vendors (Like Trail Blazer). They have access to over 100,000 brands & private label products. We’re one of those brands & participate in 2 of the private labels (Mark’s Choice & Premier Professional). While in New Brunswick I visited Benjamin Moore Paint Stores, Castle Building Centre’s, Home Hardware Stores & Kent Building Supplies. I also visited BMR Lumber & Building Supply in Brookfield, Nova Scotia. Miramichi Paint & Décor is a Benjamin Moore independent retailer. This week, I presented our Reverse D-Handle Snow Shovels to Kent Building Supplies, the Atlantic Canadian home improvement store. While in New Brunswick I visited Home Hardware & Benjamin Moore stores. I joined my Dad & met a local manufacturer to discuss partnering and making more products in Nova Scotia. For over 30 years Kent Building Supplies have been providing service, knowledge & products to Atlantic Canadians accomplishing building and renovation goals. They currently operate 34 locations across New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Newfoundland Labrador & Prince Edward Island.
