Thursday, Ben Cumming and I spent the day in Moncton, New Brunswick visiting with an engineer to discuss a new line of Trail Blazer Xtreme™ products for the outdoor market. This week I traveled to Vancouver, British Columbia for the National Board of Directors meeting with the Canadian Manufactures and Exporters. Which I just recently became a proud member of on May 18th, as the chair for CME Nova Scotia. I was excited to discover that I would be in Vancouver, the same time as game 7 of the Stanley Cup Finals!! Not wanting to miss such a great event & opportunity, I went on-line and found a ticket 8 rows from the ice, for what I believed would be the sporting event, I would remember for a lifetime. The week was full of Home Hardware store events from ladies night to an educational session with Mark Cullen. The stores hold various events, at different times throughout the year to promote, recognize accomplishments or to thank our appreciated customers.
