Shipping Options For Scandinavia

This week, I learn what we needed to do to expand in the Scandinavian market from Tobias Norén with Knivbutik.se in Sweden & prepare products for Per Inge Sagmoen with S-Ski & Sport in Norway. I offered products to Marvin Hall with Blue Ridge Knives in the United States and catalogues to John Ross with Woodland Supplies in British Columbia. After checking in with my customers, I heard from Tobias Norén with Knivbutik.se, part of Njurunda Skogstjänstin Sweden. Tobias told me that they’re very happy with Trail Blazer’s service and products. This is great news but unfortunately, we need to find a better shipping options (And we will) because the products are expensive in Scandinavia with high shipping cost from Canada. Trail Blazer products will get better known and more popular through out Sweden, in

Jumbo Loppers in 6-Pack Displays

This week, I sent out some flyers to our dealers, to offer Trail Blazer’s Jumbo Telescopic Ratchet Anvil Lopper in our limited edition 6-pack displays. I received an e-mail from Carol Thomas, the manager of Hyams Garden Center in Charleston, S.C. I received a re-order from S-Ski & Sport in Norway while Red Pine in Canada is reviewing our products. I sent out some fliers this week, via e-mail, to as many valued dealers as I could to offer them Trail Blazer’s Jumbo Telescopic Ratchet Anvil Lopper (3″/7.6cm cutting capacity) in our limited edition 6-pack display boxes. These boxes have proven to be a great assistance to many dealers throughout the United States because they include signage & packaging material that do the sales work for you!!!

Growing Distribution in the United States

This week, I’ve been communicating with potential new dealers and distributors from Minnesota & Philadelphia USA, British Columbia & Ontario Canada and a mystery location. I’ve been working with Business Development Bank, Export Development Canada, Maple Trade Finance & Toronto Dominion Bank to prepare for 2013. Leigh Carter, with Q-Outdoor, is interested in Trail Blazer’s Sawvivor™ Saw, Xtreme™ Hatchet, and possibly the Xtend-A™ Blade. They are familiar with our Sawvivor™ Saw, but not as much with our Xtreme™ Hatchets. They focus on ultra light gear, so the lightest models we have will be the most attractive for the cycling, ski, and outdoor markets. Rob Kaufhold, with Lancaster Archery Supplies, is interested in Trail Blazer’s Xtend-A™ Pruner for their pro shop / sporting goods store

Working with Fraser’s Pro Home Centre

This week, I was working with customers in my home town of Dartmouth Nova Scotia and as far away as New Zealand. I received updates from our valued sales reps in both Ontario and Quebec plus sales reps in Kansas and New Jersey USA. We meet financial objectives again for the 8th month in a row and at home, there are some big changes with my family. Close to home, I received word from Craig Walker withWalker’s Livestock Feed & Supplies Limited in Dartmouth Nova Scotia that he attended the Halifax Seed Show and received a catalogue from our booth. Walker’s Livestock Feed & Supplies presently offers Trail Blazer’s pruners & shovels made in Nova Scotia in their store. I received a request
