In 1995, the product increased its popularity when Trail Blazer was presented the Source Canada Vendor Award, recognizing excellence in Canadian Manufacturing.

In 1998, the product increased its popularity again when James Smedley featured Trail Blazer's Take-Down Buck Saw in the May 1998 issue of Northern Ontario Angler & Hunter.

In 1999, the product increased its popularity again in 1999 when T.J. Schwanky recognized the top gear for the field by presenting the Field Tested Tough Seal of Approval to Trail Blazer.

In 1999, the product increased its popularity again when Cliff Jacobson featured Trail Blazer's Take-Down Buck Saw in Basic Essentials "Camping".

In 2000, the product increased its popularity again when Bob Reguly featured Trail Blazer's Take-Down Buck Saw in the May 2000 issue of Cottage Life.

In 2001, the product increased its popularity again when Ken Bailey featured Trail Blazer's Take-Down Buck Saw in the January/February 2001 issue of Alberta Outdoorsman.
